Why we do it
We measure success in warm hallways, hot morning showers and radiators the cat refuses to leave. If a room in your home never quite heats up, that is usually a balancing or sludge problem, not a new boiler problem, and we will tell you so.
Smart heating
We fit and set up Hive, Nest and Tado smart thermostats, then stay for a cup of tea until you are happy driving it from your phone. Most Coventry homes we fit save around £10 to £15 a month on gas.

Our annual service is £75 for one visit. That covers a full boiler strip and inspection, flue gas analysis and pressure check, a radiator balance while we are there, and a written safety report left on the kitchen table. We will also send you a reminder when it is due again next year.
Winter emergency callouts run 7 days a week, 7am to 9pm, across Coventry, Kenilworth and Bedworth, and we aim to be with you the same day. If you are on our Service + Cover plan you get priority winter callouts with no callout fee.
Your annual service is included, you jump the queue for priority winter callouts with no callout fee, and parts and labour on covered repairs are taken care of. You can cancel any time after 12 months.
A CP12 landlord certificate is £65 per property. We check every gas appliance in the property and send you a digital copy the same day. If you have several properties, ask about our multi-property discounts: one landlord had three flats certified in a single morning.
Usually not. A room that never quite heats up is normally a balancing or sludge problem, not a boiler problem, and we will tell you so honestly. Powerflushing starts from £295 for cold-spot radiators, and radiator moves and upgrades start from £110. Repair first, replace only when it pays.

The family behind the flame
Hearth & Home Heating is Dave Whitmore, on the tools since 1998, and his daughter Ellie, who qualified in 2019 and now runs half the diary. Between them they look after more than 900 homes across Coventry and Warwickshire.
